While I was waiting

The Sun went down while I was waiting. The night in her black cloak passed by. It covered all stars and Moon didn't show up. I was still waiting in the morning while I was watching first snow, tomorrow's rain and Spring's thawing. I was still waiting: for what? My happiness is sitting in recliner watching TV. While I was waiting life was happening. I was waiting for something better to come. Next day I looked back and found out something better just happened yesterday and it isn't coming back. Frozen ice-flake

Henry captured a big frozen ice-flake. The flake is now sulking in his camera. It would prefer to sit on the window and look out at snow covered cars, icy road and snowy hats of the trees. It didn't want to get out of the camera. Now it must to get inside of a computer, and to be four times magnified. It is not photogenic anymore, but only grumpy. Around it are composed colors, pink and yellow to make it to stand out more. On the paper it is unique. When furious, ice-flake looks like a Christmas ornament knitted from a wire to hang on the Christmas tree. opyright © text Marie Neumann Translater makes it much easier.

Tell me your secrets

“Tell me your secrets.” “No, you tell me your secrets.” “I said that first, so its you, who has to tell your secrets.” “What do you want from me? I don't know any secrets.” “Tell it, tell it, we all want to know. We are your friends, remember. Maybe only friends you will ever have and if you will keep quiet, you will not have any. Tell it. Tell it.” “What about you and your secrets? I believe you have tons of them. You can categorize them: good, funny, embarrassing, those you didn't tell to anybody, not even to your husband, or your best friend. Oh, you told them to your best friend, this is why she isn't your friend anymore.” “I am an open book, blank, but anybody can have a look. What do you want to know? Any special interest in any particular gossip?” “Look, I have to go. It was a pleasure to talk to you. See you soon. Love ya. Good bye.” POW! Assignment 1/2015 Copyright © Marie Neumann
